It is the season to be tempted....actually I think all seasons are ripe for temptation....but ....Christmas is the one season where it would seem silly or even downright naughty not to give into temptation....Spending the holidays in another country is as good an excuse as any to enjoy not only our own traditions but those of that country as well....and the French do have a fondness for sweet things at Christmas time....
Biscuits from Le Petit Duc in the village of St Remy de Provence...especially those with names such as Ernestine, Coeur de Petit Albert or Fleurs Anglais....mouth watering, melt in the mouth, bite size morsels of deliciousness....
It would almost be rude to resist....xv
