As I mentioned in my last post, one of my very favourite blooms is lilac, and it seems after reading your lovely comments that I am not the only one who loves lilac. I cut these early this morning and the fragrance is perfectly delicious - they are on the kitchen table and I can detect their scent even before I open the door to come inside.
