Woodson & Rummerfield's - A new store and pair of designers to Hound ~ Part 1 of 3

This is Ron Woodson and Jaime Rummerfield. They
are my latest "craze" as you could say. They own the
fashionable L.A., offer design services and are coming out
with a book called "High Style" which is debuting this fall.
They've termed their particular style "Modage" which
is a cross between "Modern" and "Vintage". The most
current issue of Western Interiors & Design did a article
on them (April/May 2008 Issue.)

The facade to their L.A. showroom. They carry one of a
kind vintage pieces as well as their own line of vintage
inspired furniture covered with new fabrics for a great
twist!

I Really Really Really want these chairs!

They are constantly changing out the look and feel
of their showroom. Get a load of that dining table!

Love the pattern on the sofa.

They've taken more traditional pieces and have
really given them new life and a twist by using
modern fabrics and vinyl/leather.

I really love the frame/silhouette looking
(black and white) arm bench. Just too cool.

Got to love the Mooi chandeliers and
wall papers they've chosen as well.

Very Hollywood regency and glam - especially
the ultra long silver covered sofa.

What actually first made me notice Woodson
& Rummerfield's is SO Haute's post on them
with the fabulous photos she took when she
visited their shop in L.A. Definitely check out
her post. The photo she snapped of the purple
velvet Chesterfield especially stood out to me.
The Chesterfield is available through Woodson &
Rummerfield as a part of their furniture line.

What do you think of their store? I have a
Part 2 and Part 3 post coming up of their
portfolios and their own homes. Stay tuned.
