Happy New Year!

I know I'm a couple of days late but I've been sitting on the beach in Barbados and I've just been too lazy to blog. Around this time people usually make a bunch of promises to themselves that they never keep. I'm not going to make any promises to workout more or blog more or even try to learn how to play that guitar sitting in my living room. I'm just going to live life and enjoy all the people and things I love. I hope my blog brings you some joy in this new year and helps you to enjoy all the things and people you love......
