Beauty is a word that comes easily to mind when thinking about Provence. The landscape, the history and the people all hold a fascination for me. Since living in Provence I have accepted and enjoyed a slower pace of life and I have learned to open my eyes and appreciate my surroundings. I think that to immerse and saturate the senses with beauty should be a part of our everyday life. Beauty is like good food and exercise; we need them in equal measures to stay healthy. It doesn't matter whether the infusion of beauty comes from your life with friends and family, from your travels, the work you create, the films that you watch or the books that you read...Beauty just has to be had.
